Low-Fat Sweet Dijon Dressing
Serves: 2-3
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds (flax meal)
  1. Whisk these four little ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Pop the dressing in the fridge to thicken a bit while you make the rest of your salad.
