From the great people at Foods Alive, "We shared this Banana Celery Smoothie recipe in the past and with several people at Health Freedom Expo, but it is so good, I wanted to share it again!" Foods Alive produces and sells flax crackers, Omega-rich oils and dressings, and raw food ingredients, such as as the maca powder used in this recipe.
Serves: 1 serving
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 cup nut milk (Brazil Nut Milk is great, Video)
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter or hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 cup ice
  1. Put everything into blender and blend till smooth and Enjoy!
