This is an official "5 A Day" Recipe
Serves: 4-6 servings
  • 4 Oranges, peeled, halved, and sliced
  • ⅓ Cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed from an orange if possible)
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 2 Small Bananas, peeled and sliced
  1. In a serving bowl, arrange the orange slices.
  2. In a dish, combine the juice, sugar, and chili powder, whisking until well combined.
  3. Pour the juice mixture over the oranges, cover and chill for ten minutes.
  4. Gently stir in banana slices before serving.
