Fat Elvis Vegan Pudding Pops

I’ve been making these for a long time (I love using ZenSoy pudding!) and they’re really good.

Serves: 4 to 6 pudding pops
  • 1½ cups dairy-free chocolate pudding (see post above)
  • 1 large ripe banana, broken into large chunks
  • Scant ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
  1. Put the pudding, banana, and peanut butter in your blender of food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
