Fat Elvis Vegan Pudding Pops

Serves: 4 to 6 pudding pops
- 1½ cups dairy-free chocolate pudding (see post above)
- 1 large ripe banana, broken into large chunks
- Scant ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
- Put the pudding, banana, and peanut butter in your blender of food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
