This refreshing pineapple smoothie is just lightly creamy, perfectly sweet, and so fruity.

Ingredients
1 cup frozen pineapple
½ cup plain unsweetened coconut milk beverage or light canned coconut milk
½ cup pineapple juice or orange juice
½ cup ice
2 tablespoons agave nectar or sugar, or to taste
Instructions
In a blender, combine the pineapple, coconut milk beverage, orange juice, and ice, and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. If smoothie is too thick, add a little bit more coconut milk beverage and blend until smooth. If smoothie is not thick enough, add more ice as needed.
Serve right away. If desired, garnish the smoothie with a sprinkle of sweetened dried coconut.
