Quinoa Chocolate Chip Brownie

This sweet brownie tastes just like everyone’s childhood favourite chocolate chip cookie. It’s chewy, sweet, chocolaty... oh not to mention it’s gluten-free and vegan! People will never be able to tell these gems are healthy!
Serves: 9 brownies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine agave, sugar, almond milk, yogurt, oil, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  3. Add flour, quinoa flakes, baking powder, and salt to the liquid mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread batter into a greased brownie pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
