Healthy Buffalo Wing Dip

  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup plain hummus (such as Sabra Classic Hummus)
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, tomato, mustard, garlic, onion, and paprika.
  2. Add the hummus and stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve with wings or some of the vegetarian dipper ideas in the post above.
