This recipe (and image) was shared with us by the Canola Council of Canada. We love the recipe (see the post above on notes), but keep in mind that your oil selection will greatly affect the nutritional value. Look for expeller-pressed organic oils that are properly contained to prevent rancidity.
Serves: 1 serving
  1. In blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired smoothness is achieved.
