Spicy Asian Peanut Sauce

  1. Place a small sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sesame oil.
  3. Using a microplane or small grater, grate garlic and ginger directly into the sauce pan.
  4. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Whisk in coconut milk.
  6. Add peanut butter, hoisin sauce and sriracha and whisk until the mixture gets smooth and thick - about 1 minute.
  7. Whisk in vinegar.
  8. Remove from heat and add cilantro.
