Vegan Yogurt Salad Dressing

This recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, nut-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, and vegetarian.
Serves: 6
  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt (I use So Delicious Original)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt (reduce up to half if lower sodium is needed)
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh black pepper
  1. Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl, starting with 3 tablespoons lemon juice and adding more as desired, until thoroughly combined.
  2. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to drizzle on some greens. Will keep for at least a few days chilled.
