Ingredients
  • 2 medium apples, cored and diced
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup Greek-style dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
  1. In a 1 quart bowl, combine apples, walnuts, celery, and cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the cultured almond milk and sugar. Add this mixture to the apple mixture and stir to combine.
