Serves: 15-16 large muffins
Dry ingredients:
Liquid ingredients:
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Make a "well" in the middle of the bowl.
  4. Add liquid ingredients to the "well" and mix well.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin tins.
  6. Top each muffin cup with 5-8 extra chips, if desired.
  7. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
