  • 1 pint coconut milk dairy-free ice cream (see post above)
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup original coconut milk beverage
  1. Add the ice cream to your blender followed by the pineapple juice and coconut milk beverage. Blend briefly, just until smooth.
  2. Divide the shake between two glasses.
