No-Guilt Salmon Dip

Serves: 2-4
- 2 5-ounce cans salmon, drained
- ¼ cup plain unsweetened dairy-free yogurt alternative
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 large celery stalk, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- In a bowl, combine salmon, cultured coconut milk, green onions, and celery. Mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with crackers, carrots, or cucumber.
