Caramel Latte Frappuccino Bites

Bottom layer
  • ¼ cup oats (Kirsten uses Purely Elizabeth oats, which are gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (such as Bob's Red Mill)
  • ½ cup So Delicious Dairy Free Iced Coffee Drink (Kirsten uses the Latte Cococcino)
Middle layer
Top layer
  1. Combine ingredients in 3 separate bowls.
  2. Line 16 mini cupcake tins with liners.
  3. Layer each layer into your cupcake tins then let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. In the morning, pop in the freezer 1 hour before eating.
