Chocolate Peanut Butter Apple Truffles

Chocolate-Coconut Truffles:
Peanut Butter Glaze:
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
Apple Topping:
  • ½ cup crushed apple chips
Chocolate-Coconut Truffles:
  1. Heat coconut milk on the stove until bubbles for on the edge of the pot.
  2. Pour coconut milk over chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat-safe bowl. Stir vigorously to combine.
  3. Let mixture firm in the fridge overnight.
  4. Once firmed, form into balls. Place in freezer.
Peanut Butter Glaze:
  1. Heat coconut oil until liquefied; mix together with peanut butter.
  2. Remove truffles from freezer and dip in peanut butter glaze.
Apple Topping:
  1. Sprinkle truffles with apple pieces and enjoy!
  2. Store in refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
