Instructions
  1. Mix topping ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Blend shake ingredients together in a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass, top with topping mixture, and place spinach leaves in top. Enjoy!
Notes
*Can use vanilla as it will still be brown with greens and berries but not as dark. Vega Performance Protein can also be used, which ever fits your needs for the day. If you want to make it without protein powder you can add 2-3 tablespoons of cacao powder and adjust sweetness using sweetener of choice.
