Strawberry Protein Pops

Serves: 4
  1. Spread sunflower seed butter over dessert bars.
  2. Roll in quinoa flakes.
  3. Place on wax paper in freezer for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips, a little at a time in the microwave, stirring every 20 to 30 seconds until fully melted.
  5. Stir sunflower seeds into the chocolate.
  6. Remove dessert bars from the freezer and spread chocolate mixture over top.
  7. Roll in chopped strawberries.
  8. Return to the freezer for 15 minutes.
