Omega Orange Mango Smoothie

This is my adapted version of the Orange-Mango Age Management Smoothie in the post above.
Serves: 1 serving
  1. Put the powder, orange juice, mango, milk beverage or yogurt, and Omega-3s in your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  2. Taste test and blend in the stevia to sweeten and brighten the flavors, if desired.
  3. For a thicker and cooler smoothie, blend in some crushed ice.
  4. Pour the thick smoothie into a glass and garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
*In order to get the full benefits of the Advanced Connective Tissue Formula, you are supposed to consume it without any added protein. The coconut milk beverage that I use contains 0 grams of protein.
