Serves: 2 to 3 mugs
  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small pan and heat on the stovetop until almost boiling, but not quite, over medium-low to medium heat.
  3. Pour into 2 to 3 mugs to serve.
