Lemon Lime Green Smoothie

Pucker up! This smoothie is a little tart because of the lemon and lime, but the grapes and banana do help to sweeten it a little.
Serves: 1 smoothie
  • ¼ lemon, peeled
  • ¼ lime, peeled
  • 1 small frozen banana, peeled
  • ½ cup green grapes
  • 1 cup fresh curly kale, stems removed
  • 4 ounces filtered water
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender, and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass and garnish with a kale leaf or lime wedge if you're feeling fancy.
