This vitamin-rich juice is like a V-8, but with sweet watermelon instead of tomato! If you're not into juicing, you can blend the ingredients for a thicker beverage instead! (Pictured left)
In a juicer, extract the juice from all ingredients.
OR for a smothie, place all ingredients in your blender with the watermelon on the bottom. Turn the blender on slow speed until the watermelon has liquefied, then increase the speed and blend 2 minutes or until liquefied.
Serve juice over ice or simply divide the smoothie between 2 glasses.
