White Sangria Spritz

Note that the prep time does not include chilling.
Serves: 6 servings
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 1 red pear, diced
  • 1 lemon, cut in small pieces
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 3 ounces simple syrup (store-bought, homemade, or sugar-free)
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle Barefoot Refresh Crisp White Spritzer, chilled (or recipe above)
  1. Place the fruit, rosemary sprig, brandy and simple syrup in a pitcher. Cover and allow to soak for 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
  2. When ready to serve, add the chilled white spritzer to the pitcher. Stir briefly. Serve over ice.
