Easy Versatile Garlic-Jalapeno Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Follow Your Heart Vegenaise)
- ½ cup cilantro (snipped & chopped fine)
- 2 jalapenos (cleaned, deseeded & chopped)
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder (can start with less)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¾ teaspoon sea salt
- ¾ teaspoon ground coriander
- In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. The flavors will develop more as it chills.
