Serves: 2 servings
  1. Place the mango, milk beverages, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in your blender and blend on high speed until well incorporated.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and thoroughly stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The pudding will keep for 5-6 days.
Granola Goodness: For a hearty final touch, Bobby sometimes tops this mango chia pudding with dairy-free granola, as shown in the picture.
