Blueberry Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

I'm a big vanilla-orange fan, but the addition of sweet-tart blueberries takes this flavor combination to a new level. The coconut cream adds richness, but only lightly influences the overall flavor, in my opinion.

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup orange juice (preferably fresh-squeezed)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries (I use wild blueberries)
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • ¾ teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring (see Vanilla Note below)
  • Ice (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the orange juice, Wild Blueberries, coconut cream, and vanilla in your blender and puree until smooth.
  2. If a cooler, slightly thicker drink is desired, blend in some crushed ice.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve with a straw!
Notes
Vanilla Note: You can use pure vanilla extract, but start with just ½ teaspoon and add more as desired. Extract is made with alcohol, which can be too pronounced when used in higher amounts in no cook recipes like this one. So I prefer to use alcohol-free pure vanilla flavor.
