Pineapple Ginger Smoothie (for a Good Belly!)

  • 1 ripe small to medium banana, frozen and broken into chunks
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple or ripe, fresh pineapple
  • 1 GoodBelly StraightShot (about ⅓ cup)
  • ½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ¼ teaspoon dried ginger
  • 2 drops pure stevia or ½ teaspoon raw honey
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender and puree for 1 minute, or until smooth.
