  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook for 10 minutes, or until no longer pink.
  2. Place the tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion in your food processor and pulse until chunky.
  3. Add the vegetable mixture, noodles, beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt to the skillet and let simmer for 15 minutes.
