Though the picture doesn't show it, these dark chocolate brownies have a chocolate glaze.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon dairy-free buttery sticks or spread, divided
  • 4 ounces dairy-free dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature (see the post above for egg-free options)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (see post above for gluten-free option)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 ounces dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
Dark Chocolate Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Put the ½ cup buttery sticks or spread and dark chocolate in a small pot over low heat. Melt, stirring often, until smooth.
  3. Remove the chocolate from the heat and add the eggs, one at a time, whisking after each addition.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla and stir to combine.
  5. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt and stir until smooth.
  6. Transfer the batter to your prepared pan and even it out.
  7. Bake the brownies for 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
  8. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and remaining 1 tablespoon buttery sticks or spread together and whisk until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the brownies, and spread it using an offset spatula.
