  • 2 tablespoons hummus (any flavor - see favorites above)
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread or hearty gluten-free bread, toasted
  • ½ cup sliced avocado
  • 1 sliced radish
  • ¼ cup arugula
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  1. Spread the hummus on your toast, and top it with the avocado, radish, arugula and pistachios.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for optimal flavor.
