Tuna Sliders with Green Chilies & Cilantro

Serves: 6 sliders
  • 1 (5-ounce) can tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can chopped green chiles
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (regular, reduced fat, or vegan for egg-free)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 6 dairy-free slider buns, split (I use homemade, recipe in Go Dairy Free)
  • Lettuce leaves
  1. In a large bowl, stir together the tuna, green chiles, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, and chopped herbs until well combined.
  2. Top the bottom half of each slider roll with lettuce. Scoop some tuna mixture on the lettuce, and finish with the top half of the roll.
