Dairy-Free Grasshopper Cocktail

This classic drink is easily dairy-free. Garnish it with a simple mint sprig, or rim the glass with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies like Oreo, Joe Joe's, or Kinnikinnick (for gluten-free).
Serves: 1 cocktail
  • 1 ounce white crème de cacao
  • 1 ounce crème de menthe
  • 1 ounce regular coconut milk (shaken, from a can; can sub lite coconut milk for a lighter drink)
  1. Put the creme de cacao, creme de menthe, and coconut milk or cashew cream in a cocktail shaker with some ice.
  2. Close, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass to serve. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Minty Mocha Variation: Reduce the crème de menthe to ½ ounce (can sub white creme de menthe for no green hue) and add 1 ounce coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua).
