Homemade Dairy-Free Chocolate Kisses

Please note that the Prep time is hands-on time only. Allow about 30 minutes for the chocolate to set up.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips (see Chocolate Tips in post above)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (can sub sustainable palm oil for coconut-free)
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate, and whisk in the coconut oil and salt (if using).
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into large chocolate chip molds, and tap it gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
  3. Use a toothpick to gently guide the melted chocolate down into the point of each mold.
  4. Freeze the chocolate in the molds for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Gently pop the kisses out of the molds, and store them in an airtight container.
