Homemade Dairy-Free Chocolate Kisses

Serves: 16 ounces chocolate kisses
- 2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips (see Chocolate Tips in post above)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (can sub sustainable palm oil for coconut-free)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt (optional)
- Melt the chocolate, and whisk in the coconut oil and salt (if using).
- Pour the melted chocolate into large chocolate chip molds, and tap it gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Use a toothpick to gently guide the melted chocolate down into the point of each mold.
- Freeze the chocolate in the molds for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
- Gently pop the kisses out of the molds, and store them in an airtight container.
