Acai, Cherry, and Chia Ice Pops

These omega-3, antioxidant-rich ice pops are far better than the store-bought counterparts. They are made a hundred times more nutritious by the inclusion of acai and chia seeds. Feel free to play around with the fruit added. Instead of cherries, you could add blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk beverage
  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen organic cherries, pitted
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon (8 g) acai powder
  • 3 tablespoons (21 g) chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powdered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and add sticks. Place in the freezer overnight.
  3. Unmold and enjoy!
