- 1 cup mayonnaise (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 anchovy fillets, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Put all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- Store this keto dairy-free Caesar dressing in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Tip: For a cheesier taste, add 2 teaspoons of nutritional yeast.
