Dairy-Free Raspberry Smoothie Bowls

Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • ⅔ cup lite canned coconut milk, plus additional if needed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional Toppings
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Shredded coconut
  • Shaved dark chocolate
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Chia seeds
  • Edible flowers
  1. In a blender, puree the raspberries, banana, coconut milk, and chia seeds until smooth. The mixture will be very thick. Stop and push down the ingredients, as needed, and if necessary, add more coconut milk.
  2. Scrape the smoothie into two bowls, and garnish with any or all of the optional toppings, as desired.
