This simple bread is a cross between a biscuit and a soft dinner roll. They're best served fresh.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups self-rising flour (store-bought or the Homemade Recipe)
  • ¼ cup regular mayonnaise
  • 1 cup plain dairy-free milk beverage
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the self-rising flour, mayo, milk beverage, and sugar until combined.
  3. Spoon the batter evenly into your prepared muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes. The rolls will be golden brown on the bottom, but the tops will be more pale, like biscuits.
