Dairy-Free S'mores Dip

The dip itself has just three simple ingredients: dairy-free chocolate, full-fat coconut milk, and melty marshmallows on top. It's delicious, but oh-so-easy and fun to enjoy any time.

  1. Preheat your broiler, and grease a 10-inch oven-safe skillet.
  2. Combine the chocolate chips and coconut milk in the skillet.
  3. Place the skillet over low heat, stirring frequently, just until the chocolate chips are melted. Remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Arrange the marshmallows on the top of the melted chocolate. You probably won't use an entire bag of marshmallows; it varies depending on the size and shape of the skillet.
  5. Place the pan under the broiler and broil until the tops of the marshmallows are brown, approximately 1 to 3 minutes. Watch the marshmallows carefully so they don't burn.
  6. Serve the dip immediately with graham cracker sections, taking care with the hot skillet.
  7. Any leftover dip can be covered with foil and reheated over low heat.
