Dairy-Free Orange Kale Smoothie

Prep time

Use the freshest kale possible for the cleanest taste in this simple green smoothie. Fresh squeezed orange juice is a bone health helper, even without added calcium. But you can use a calcium fortified orange juice for a good dose of calcium citrate, if desired.
