Berry Tropical Oat Milk Smoothies

This smoothie gets all of its sweetness from fruit, so be sure to use bananas that are quite ripe. If your fruit is quite tart, you can blend in your sweetener of choice, to taste.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups unsweetened oat milk or almond milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ⅓ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
  1. Add the milk beverage, bananas, pineapple, spinach, blueberries, blackberries, and oats to your blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Divide the smoothie between 4 glasses to serve
