This is a chunky-style vinaigrette, but the cut berries release their juices into the dressing for infused flavor. If you prefer a thicker pour, you can puree the ingredients in your blender.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cut berries (raspberries, strawberries or blackberries) with juices
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ⅔ cup apple cider vinegar (can sub balsamic vinegar)
  • ¼ cup sugar
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cut berries, oil, vinegar, and sugar until combined.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
  3. Cover and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

Can be made a day in advance.
