According to some sources, English muffins are traditionally made with milk. Which is why many popular brands, like Orowheat, Thomas, and Bays contain dairy in some form or another. But there are quite a few dairy-free English muffin brands, too! We’ve got a quick run down of the options with pertinent information at a glance, and dietary options for all. This includes homemade and store-bought choices for vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly needs. You can jump ahead to the sections using these links: Classic Brands, Gluten-Free Brands, Recipes.
Allergen Notes: All items listed below are dairy-free by ingredients. But ingredients are subject to change at any time, and all products are at some degree of risk for allergen cross contamination, whether they have a “may contain” statement or not. Always read the label before consuming any food, and make sure you are familiar with this may contain information.
