The Gluten-Free Mall (Worldwide): For Hard to Find Gluten-Free, Milk-Free Goods

Updated 2018! The Gluten-Free Mall is about more than gluten-free food. Sure, everything in their online store is gluten-free. But they also include special diet icons on every product that can include milk-free, corn-free, soy-free, egg-free, kosher, or has no sugar added.

The Gluten-Free Mall: A Shop for Hard to Find Gluten-Free, Milk-Free Goods

This is a great shop for finding gluten-free breads, pastas, cakes, donuts, brownies, cereals, flours, and other items that typically contain gluten. Their selection isn’t huge, but it does cover several hard to find products, and a few surprises, like dairy-free sauces.

But please check the ingredients carefully when you shop. We saw the “milk-free” label on a couple of items that obviously contained dairy. The icons are a nice idea, but mis-coding can happen when items are entered!

The Gluten-Free Mall has free shipping in the U.S. for dry good purchases over $39. They do charge extra for frozen orders, and actual shipping charges apply for orders outside of the U.S. But they do ship worldwide.

  1. Please…I need some help with this. I just found out I have allergies to Gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, salmon, and rice!! . I’m also intolerant to many other foods, including some of my favorite veggies. I’m looking for a shopping website for healthy foods…one that you can choose “filters” to eliminate the shopping list to appropriate foods I can order to eat. Do you have any suggestions? I’d really appreciate any help. -Jessica
