    Updated November 2022! As the leaves begin to change, cravings turn toward comfort foods and warm autumn flavors. And Trader Joe’s is ready! Their shelves are filling up with pumpkin, apple, sweet potato, and maple goodies and a surprising number of them are made without dairy. To make your fall shopping a little easier, we’ve gathered the seasonal dairy-free items together below. Some are repeats from last year, but some are brand new.

    The following Trader Joe’s fall items are primarily seasonal or in limited supply. They begin arriving in early September, and rotate out with the holiday season. So be sure to get them while you can!

    This fall snack is popped in coconut and sunflower oils, seasoned with sea salt, and sweetened with a maple-sugar glaze.

    The flaky pastry contains a sweet, creamy pumpkin filling that’s just gently spiced.

    Roasted Turkey & Sweet Potato Burrito (contains wheat)

    This single-serve meal is stuffed with sweet potatoes, cranberry salsa, seasoned white turkey meat, rice, black beans, and chile pepper seasonings.

    Despite it’s creamy appearance, this sweet, savory, and tangy vinaigrette is dairy-free and vegan-friendly.

    Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookie Mix (contains wheat, soy)

    The preparation calls for butter and eggs, but you can use your favorite dairy-free baking butter alternative or shortening to make them dairy-free.

    Thanksgiving Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips

    These arrive later in fall, as planning for Thanksgiving begins. They have all those wonderful comforting flavors, like onion, sage, thyme, and celery.

    Dry Roasted Maple Almonds (contains almond)

    They use maple sugar and maple seasoning to double down on the warm and nutty flavor of this fall favorite.

    These are more special than they look. The bagels are infused with pumpkin flour, and those raisin-sized add-ins are pumpkin spice bits!

    Gluten Free Pumpkin Bagels (contains egg)

    Pumpkin spice and everything nice can be found in these fluffy gluten-free, dairy-free bagels.

    Everything But The Leftovers Seasoning Blend

    They harnessed the comforting flavors of gravy and stuffing into a comforting spice that you can sprinkle on eggs, roasted vegetables, popcorn, sandwiches, and more. It’s a salted herb and spice blend with onion, sage, rosemary, celery, thyme, etc.

    Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread (contains egg)

    Sure, fresh baked is best. But we think having some dairy-free, gluten-free back up options like this one is a very good idea during the busy fall season.

    Even the instructions for this classic autumn bread are dairy-free – it calls for oil, water, and eggs!

    Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix

    Like their classic pumpkin bread mix, this one is dairy-free, and calls for just oil, water, and eggs to prepare. But this box is also free of gluten and made with a wholesome blend of sorghum, millet, and rice flours.

    Cinnamon Roll Blondie Bar Baking Mix (contains wheat)

    This chewy dessert goes above and beyond with sweet, gooey cinnamon filling and powdered sugar icing. The recipe does call for eggs and butter, but you can use your favorite dairy-free butter alternative for baking. I wouldn’t recommend this mix for vegan, as eggs don’t substitute very well in blondies.
