Cybele Pascal Joins Allergic Living Magazine as Food Editor


Cybele PascalAlisa Fleming ~ I am SO delighted to announce that the wonderfully talented cookbook author, Cybele Pascal, has joined our Allergic Living team as the new Food Editor. As you might recall, I took on the role of Senior Editor with Allergic Living magazine this winter. And, since I love food so much, we’ve amped up that side of the editorial crew with Cybele Pascal AND the new Associate Food Editor, Elizabeth Gordon.

I’ll be working directly with Cybele and Elizabeth for each issue to craft a stellar line-up of allergy-friendly recipes! We’ve already got the next issue mapped out and can I just say yum! I’ll be bringing you some sweet brunch options in the Spring, while Cybele and Elizabeth have a delicious recipe round-up of everyday meals and goodies that may often seem “forbidden” for those with allergies.

Cybele Pascal is the author of the brand new Allergy-Free and Easy Cooking, plus the bestselling allergy cookbooks, The Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook and The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook. She has also appeared on The Martha Stewart Show, the Today Show, Good Morning America and the Food Network. Cybele has an entire household of allergy needs, husband, kids, and all(!), so she can certainly relate to the need for easy, delicious recipes for the whole family.

Elizabeth is well-known in the gluten-free community for her recipe creation, but also for her cookbooks The Complete Allergy-Free Comfort Foods Cookbook and Allergy-Free Desserts.
