The FAAN Walk for Food Allergy has been raising funds for food allergy awareness for several years, but this year is the launch of FARE’s first WALK for FOOD ALLERGY. FARE is the new super-power for food allergy awareness AND research – merging the talents of the organizations formerly known as FAAN and FAI.
The FARE Walk for Food Allergy will host 65 walk events across the country and throughout the year, beginning with Orlando and Cincinnati on April 27th, followed by Santa Barbara, CA on May 11th and Boise, ID on May 18th. See all of the walk event dates and locations at www.foodallergywalk.org.
The FARE Walk for Food Allergy unites thousands of Americans in the goal of ensuring a safer world for those who live with food allergy, a potentially life-threatening disease, and in the search for a cure. The walk is a family-friendly event that takes place in communities nationwide to help fund food allergy education, advocacy, awareness and research. Walkers and teams join in personal fundraising efforts in their communities and each walk celebrates the generous support given to those living with food allergies.
