Ten talented recipe creators were invited to participate and permitted to enter up to two recipes. There will be three prizes awarded to the entrants: Grand Prize, Runner-Up and Reader’s Choice.   6. lately i have been OBSESSED with making different vegan muffins for breakfast with different fruits…. i always add ground coconut, chia and hempseed to my muffins, too!
