  1. My favorite baked food is Chocolate Cake, to be exact one made with a dark chocolate stout. I also like to add a bit of cayenne for an added kick!

  2. I’m looking forward to making the Chai Spiced Zucchini Bread and the Cinnamon Coffee Cake. I’m allergic to dairy and my doctor told me to give up gluten so these look so good.

  3. Tracy Criswell on

I love making pumpkin muffins with almond flour, pumpkin, cinnamon and sugar, and Enjoy Life chocolate chips.

  4. Katherine McPherson on

My mind is on pumpkin right now and I recently tried a pumpkin mug cake that is vegan, dairy free, and gluten free! AND it is delicious!

  5. So many of these look yummy. I am gluten free and trying to do refined sugar free too, so I appreciated the recipes that are dairy free as well. I learned a new blogger to follow in my home state of Michigan while I was at it too. Thanks for the post and opportunity to win!
