Last Update in March 2022! Do you prefer to grocery shop from the couch? Are your local stores light on dairy-free product options and flavors? Do you like to buy direct for the freshest food possible? Are you tired of local stores messing up your grocery orders?! Whatever the reason, I think you’ll be excited by all of the dairy-free companies that can now ship fresh food straight from production to your kitchen. This list includes all types of delicious eats, from baked goodies to cheese alternatives to dairy-free ice cream!
Note: This guide is for informational purposes only. All of the non-dairy products mentioned in this post were dairy-free by ingredients at our time of review. But ingredients and process are subject to change at any time, so always read the packaging. Contact the manufacturer to discuss their production processes if potential allergen cross contamination is a concern for you. All products have some degree of cross-contamination risk, and allergen labels (or lack of) should not be relied on exclusively. Only you can decide what is safe for your needs.
18 Dairy-Free Brands that Ship Fresh Food to Your Door
Unless otherwise noted, all of the following companies can ship their products direct to homes in the continental U.S. This includes the 48 contiguous states and DC. Most don’t ship fresh food directly to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other territories.
Organic Bread of Heaven (full bakery)
This organic, vegan, kosher pareve, family-run bakery ships a HUGE array of oven-fresh breads (sweet, sprouted, sourdough, etc), tortillas, bagels, challah, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and even whole pies direct to customers throughout the U.S. They are on our dedicated dairy-free facility list, but they also shun eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. We’ve ordered from them, and everything arrives perfectly packaged. Not to mention, each bite is tender and insanely delicious. Their baked goods also freeze well, so you can stock up.
Shipping Cost: FREE with orders over $49; over $59 for West Coast shipping
Daiya (cheese alternatives; frozen foods; condiments; frozen desserts)
Every item in Daiya’s massive product line is now available to order online. This includes their various cheeses, salad dressings, mac and cheese, frozen pizzas, ice cream, and more.
Shipping Cost: FREE on orders of shelf-stable and refrigerated product purchases of $60 or more. Frozen goods are sent next day air, so the price is calculated by weight.
Violife (cheese alternatives)
Whether your craving feta, parmesan, cream cheese, shreds, or slices, this dairy-free cheese alternative company has you covered. Their prices are on par with the grocery store, and the expiry dates are usually out far enough for stocking up.

Treeline Cheese (cheese alternatives)
This is one of my favorite cheese alternative companies for both the taste and their pure ingredients. They culture several cream cheeses, artisanal hard cheeses, and French-style soft cheeses from nuts. And you can order them online for no extra charge.

New Barn Organics (almondmilks & buttery spread)
Their product line is petite, but it’s a quality selection of dairy-free buttery spread, almondmilks, and barista almondmilk, each made with “clean” ingredients. They’re all refrigerated items, but ship insulated to your home.
Shipping Cost: FREE with an order minimum
Good Planet (cheese alternatives)
You can buy this top allergen-free cheese alternative for the same price online as you can in stores. They even offer free shipping if you stock up on their slices and shreds. Each comes in a variety of flavors for extra incentive.

Angelic Bakehouse (sprouted bread products)
This dairy-free bakery specializes in sprouted bread loaves, buns, wraps, and crackers, which are all vegan and nut-free. They ship everything fresh, but the products freeze well once they land. Their website has build-a-box and subscribe and save options, and you can even order their products via Amazon, if you prefer.
Shipping Cost: FREE with $30 minimum
Ripple Foods (protein products & dairy-free ice cream)
There is no middle ground with this dairy alternative company. They ship their shelf-stable protein shakes and protein powders and their frozen ice creams direct to customers. We were told the refrigerated dairy-free milk and creamer products would be available in their online store soon, but they weren’t up yet, at the time of writing.
Shipping Cost: Fedex Rates
Spero (cheese alternatives)
We haven’t tried this brand yet, but we are intrigued! They make dairy-free goat cheese and cream cheese alternatives in an interesting array of flavors. They’re each made with a base of sunflower seeds, coconut oil, and probiotic cultures.
Shipping Cost: FREE with a minimum order or $39.99

Miyoko’s Creamery (cheese & butter alternatives)
All of Miyoko’s plant-based, dairy-free butters and cheeses are available for shipment to all 50 states. In fact, they sometimes have cheese wheels or other specials in their online store that you might not spot at your local grocer.
Shipping Cost: Fedex Rates
Mud (dairy-free ice cream pints)
I challenge you to find vegan frozen dessert with a “cleaner” ingredient list than this one. They use organic coconut milk, dates, organic acacia gum, Himalayan salt, and organic cacao powder, vanilla extract, or coffee – depending on the flavor. That’s it! These natural treats aren’t cheap, but the complementary frozen shipping helps compensate.
Shipping Cost: FREE
Wayfare Foods (various dairy alternatives)
We love this dairy alternative company for their amazing dairy-free nacho cheeses and puddings. But they also make popular sour cream, cream cheese, butter, and dip products. Cool Haus (dairy-free ice cream goodies)
To be clear, this isn’t a purely dairy-free company, so you can’t order everything on their website. But they do have a big range of dairy-free ice cream pints, sammies, and single serve cups.
Shipping Cost: FREE for most of the Eastern half of the U.S.; $29.95 flat rate next day air for the Western half of the U.S.
Jeni’s (dairy-free ice cream pints)
Like Cool Haus, Jeni’s makes dairy ice cream, too. But they have a full dairy-free product range available to order online. You can choose your flavors, or order the whole set.
Shipping Cost: Flat Rate
Follow Your Heart (various dairy alternatives and vegan alternatives)
A reader recommended this brand. To be clear, they do not have an online store. But you can call the Follow Your Heart Market and Café at (818) 348-3240 and ask for someone in the Grocery Department. They can take your order and ship it to you.
Oath Pizza (premade pizzas)
This is actually a pizza chain that’s started shipping pizzas straight to customers. They offer a dairy-free pizza pack, that also happens to be vegan, and includes Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough Bites. They also have a gluten-free pack available (their gluten-free crust is dairy-free, but contains egg), where you can select dairy-free pizzas. You can also order their meat pizzas dairy-free, if you wish!
