New Allergy-Free Cookbook

Allergy-Free Cookbook, July 2007 – Alice Sherwood has a ten year old son who is severely allergic to eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts.  To address not only her son's needs, but those of other families they knew, Alice created the Allergy-Free Cookbook.  Each of the 100+ recipes has options for dairy, gluten, nut and egg-free versions.  The recipe collection includes crusty bread, creamy ice-cream, melt-in-the mouth sponge cake, Thai green curry, and of course many more.
